Colours, finishes and proportions are clearly conveyed in this 3D render and helped to give Town Planning and VCAT an understanding of how the proposal would appear. Accurate 3D renders can increase a proposal’s chances of success at VCAT.

Complex materials, such as stone and landscaping, are shown here to give an accurate representation of the finished result. This enabled the owner to visualise the selected materials prior to construction.

This customer service desk was placed into a photo of the actual proposed location and a photographic image of real people was superimposed to add to the realism. This high quality render was used by the client in a sales presentation for a new corporate image.

This 3D image was used in a customer presentation of a new, unique workstation system to demonstrate how the finished installation could look.

Modelled people and artefacts, such as the pot plant, computers, books and a coffee cup, have been added to the image to help communicate scale.

This complicated period dwelling was modelled in detail to enable 3D images to be produced which were then used to help communicate the proposal to Town Planning. The detailed modelling of the mouldings and other intricate features helped to clarify how the existing and proposed elements would be integrated.
