Construction & Building Design (trading as a.builder) has been specialising in commercial construction projects for over 40 years.  We have extensive experience in construction of:

• retail and hospitality establishments

• warehouses
• medical premises
• high end residential projects (limited selection)

We utilise a team of well-established, experienced tradespeople who are familiar with our high standards for workmanship and safety. They often work together on our construction sites, which results in a cohesive team approach to the work.

Meticulous pre-construction planning and organisation means that we are capable of completing large projects quite quickly. We frequently complete works within a restricted 

time frame, for example during weekend or evening hours, so as to not disrupt clients' business operations. 

To your advantage, the company's dual focus of design and construction means we have in-house expertise available to assist with any design or decorating requirements the project may entail.

Our design team is also very experienced in obtaining planning permits or building permits which may be required for your construction project. 

In addition, we are able to produce any drawings which may be necessary, including working drawings and as-built drawings.

Construction & Building Design has a Commercial Building (unlimited) registration with the Victorian Building Authority and is a member of the Housing Industry Association.
