As-Built Drawings
As-built drawings are produced after a construction project has been completed to represent the actual conditions which exist as they may vary from the proposed drawings.
Often, these drawings are required by large commercial clients to ensure records of their buildings are complete and accurate.
Also, Tradesmen may be required to provide up-to-date drawings for their specific trade, eg electrical plans, plumbing plans.
Whether the original drawings were produced by us or another drafting company or have been lost completely, we are able to produce comprehensive as-built drawings. Such drawings can be produced either from scratch or from an AutoCAD file supplied by the client.
